This document refers to the payment methods available at the online store, Open Grow Shop (www.opengrow.pt/shop/). Open Grow, Lda, is the entity responsible for this store.
When placing an order in the Open Grow Shop, you will be able to choose one of the following methods of payment:
Paypal - selecting this method of payment will redirect you to the PayPal page where you must enter the credentials to access your PayPal’s account, in order to authorize and complete the order’s payment.
CoinGate (cryptocurrency, for example, Bitcoin) - by selecting this payment method you will be redirected to the CoinGate page, where you can make the payment using cryptocurrency at the exchange rate. You must enter the credentials to access your CoinGate’s account, in order to authorize and complete the order’s payment. For more information, visit CoinGate's website at coingate.com.
Bank wire – after finishing the order and confirming it, assuming that you have verified all the data, you can make the bank wire in any ATM box or through a "HomeBanking" service, you have 5 days after your order request to proceed with the payment. If the payment is not done after the 5th day, the order will be canceled. In the e-mail that you will receive regarding the order, contains the required information for the bank wire (IBAN/BIC/SWIFT and transfer amount). You will need to wait for our confirmation with the bank to begin processing your order. This process usually takes between 1 to 2 business days, however it is dependent on the customer's bank and may require more time. To speed up the process, the customer can send an e-mail with the payment proof to info@opengrow.pt. Below, you can also find the necessary data for the bank wire (except transfer amount, since it is order’s dependent):
