With this configuration you get precise control of your lamps, configuring the growing days from 18h/6h to 12h/12h in one click, allowing even to make an 8h/8h day if you wish so.
The PowerBot's temperature and humidity probe enable the control of the ventilation, lowering the consumption for this device while optimizing the climate in your growing area.
Connecting a water pump to PowerBot allows the control of irrigation, from the basic weekday's selection (one hour in the morning every other day) to the enhanced recurrent schedule (5 minutes every hour). The GroLab™ Software allows the creation of schedules to feed any kind of grow type with extreme precision.
TankBot will ensure the perfect health of the nutrients solution, automatically adjusting your pH, while dispensing the correct amount of nutrients every time a refill is made. It can even handle a full tank refill on its own. Due to the ability to control solenoids, you can use TankBot as an irrigation path creator, with one single water pump feed different grows at different times.
TankBot is also a powerful security tool since you can sample any universal switch sensor, like smoke or motion detectors, allowing, for example, to shut down all your room or the whole system, and even send you an e-mail when, someone gets too near, or smoke is detected. All of these procedures and options are fully customizable!
In this configuration, there are still one output available in the PowerBot and another one in the TankBot. You are free to use them for whatever device you may find suitable, from a second water pump, more light power, a humidifier, solenoids, etc.
GroLab™ offers data-logging and data-storing, these features ensure that all the information about sensors/devices is collected and stored over time! Thanks to these and to the data-visualization features, it is possible to do a detailed analysis of the life cycle of your plants, enabling you to maximize their growth and efficiency!
This is a scheme designed to show some of the GroLab™ Hydro Kit possibilities, nevertheless, you can rearrange the devices, or even replace them, with any other device you may find useful, like lamps, fog makers, fans, heaters, dosing pumps, solenoids, power relays, dehumidifiers, etc. Since a single GroNode supports up to 4 modules of each type, if at some point, you need to add more sensors or devices (e.g. to control another growing area), you will only need to add the desired extra modules expanding your control.

This is the exact package that will arrive at your doorstep. It comes with a Starter Kit composed by GroNode and PowerBot, a TankBot, all the necessary cables, sensors, and connectors. It also includes a USB Pen that contains the GroLab™ Software, instruction manuals, and video tutorials.
PowerBot and TankBot are capable of handling more peripherals than the ones included in this kit. Check the Peripherals & Extras section on our shop and take your GroLab™ Hydro Kit to its limits.
It can be installed in no time, and will fully automate your growing area in a matter of minutes.
GroLab™ Software is always under development. If a newer version is available, the system will automatically update. The same happens for any of the included modules, this means that your GroLab™ Hydro Kit will have access to any improvements that our development team implements in the near future.
Remember, one GroNode supports up to 4 PowerBots, 4 TankBots, 4 SoilBots, and 4 UserBots. You are free to spread them between 4 different areas with two different grows each. Whenever you need a new vegetative, cloning or flowering room, simply extend your GroLab™ system by adding the desired extra modules.

GroNode is a powerful computer that can do hundreds of tasks by itself. You don't need any PC or other third-party device connected to GroNode for it to continue working.
With the GroLab™ Software, user can monitor and analyze in real time the climate variables as well as the devices' current state. Charts, grow(s) overview and manual control are just some perks you can use.
When you provide Internet connection to GroNode it can send real-time alerts and updates to your e-mail, keeping you updated about the state of your grow(s) anywhere, anytime.
When connecting the GroNode to a router with an Internet connection, it allows you to activate the GroLab™ system's remote control. This feature grants user access from anywhere at any time through an easy-to-use software. Allowing to fully control all the modules.
There are two main types of programmable procedures, alarms and schedules. GroNode has the ability to store and execute up to 100 of each type allowing a precise and extensive automation of any grow(s).
GroNode is the core of the GroLab™ modular architecture, it is capable of controlling up to 4 modules of each type (PowerBot, TankBot, SoilBot, and UserBot). This makes it easily adaptable to any grow regardless of its size, type, growing medium or growing system.
All GroLab™ communications are protected by several security layers, securing your valuable data. By using Open Grow™ private server, your e-mail notifications are also secured, not letting anyone pinpoint your grow(s).
GroNode have its own memory that is capable of storing hundreds of thousands of data. With data-logging and data-visualization features, it is possible to do a detailed analysis about the life cycle of the user’s plants.
Connecting GroNode to the Internet allows the user to configure a cloud server to periodically upload the data-log from all sensors/devices.

In its core, TankBot can sample EC/pH and water temperature, these are static inputs available in any TankBot. The pH probe and the water temperature sensor are included with the TankBot.

GroLab™ Software is the control booth of the system. The main purpose of this software is to allow you to fully configure the whole system, providing all the tools to customize modules and devices settings matching the functionalities of any agricultural growing system. Track your grow(s) progress through IP cameras and a variant of data inputs, featuring graphs, historical data, and trends. All sensors/actuators data can easily be exported to a friendly file for an external deep analysis. Using a third-party device capable of cloud data logging, GroLab™ system can periodically upload data to that device in the JSON format. Thanks to the remote control feature, this easy-to-use software allows you to keep controlling and monitoring your grow(s) like if you were there.
